1. You can now pick any photo from your iPhone or iPod touch Photo Library, zoom and crop it, and include it as part of any message.
2. Added a new Marquee Style — Scrolling Reverse. Fun for messages with photos.
3. Create your own custom iPhone clock! The time and date can now be displayed in real time as part of any message. You can also select from a few different date display formats.
4. The message limit per group has been extended from 50 to 100 messages. Even more useful now, to tell band members what song is next.
5. Messages can now be sorted alphabetically when in Edit mode. You need it if you have a 100 messages.
6. Additional display time limits have been added for 1 day, 1 week, and 1 year.

Marquee 1.4

All messages can now be displayed in mirror mode

1. Added support for messages in mirror mode. Now you can display messages that can be read as a reflection in a mirror.
2. Added Scrolling Right for messages written in Arabic or Hebrew script.
3. Improved scrolling performance. Maximum message length has been extended to 140 characters.
4. When displaying just a single message, swiping the screen toggles in and out of mirror mode.
5. In-app email support has been added for devices running OS 3.0 or later. Now you can send emails without exiting Marquee.
6. Asian scripts for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, are no longer clipped.
7. Fixed a bug that occurs when copying a message to the same group.

Marquee 1.3

This update adds support for iPhone OS 3.0

1. You can now email Marquee messages to your friends! Simply tap the Email Message button, and enter in their email address. And if someone sends YOU a Marquee message, simply tap the email message in the iPhone or iPod touch's Mail app, and it will launch and display full screen in Marquee. Want to see Marquee emailing in action? Just email a Marquee message to yourself!
2. You can now easily save, copy, and move messages to different groups.
3. Swipe to immediately advance to the next playing message in the playlist.
4. Marquee now vibrates or beeps when the current message finishes scrolling so that you know when it's done. Simply enable the Message End Alert in Marquee's Settings screen.
5. The preview play button is much more responsive, and messages now start to play much faster.
6. Scrolling messages now properly start playing in landscape mode when Landscape Lock is set to ON, and Portrait Lock is set to OFF.
7. Problems with an occasionally disappearing toolbar have been fixed.
8. You can save Marquee messages that have been emailed to you by tapping a playing message, and then tapping the "put away" icon.
9. Eight additional high resolution emoticons have been added bringing the total number of available high-res emoticons up to 36.
10. The maximum scrolling text size has been increased by almost 10%, utilizing the full screen.

1. A simple to use rainbow-colored text option has been added.
2. Emoticons! Marquee now renders any of the built-in system emoticons at full size (for those of you that have an Emoji keyboard-enabled iPhone/iPod touch). Marquee also has 28 beautiful high resolution emoticons allowing you to display spectacular messages.
3. Numerous new special effects for message playback, including fade, zoom, and zoom in.
4. The preview text field is now directly editable, with a big new preview button just below the preview text field.
5. A convenience character counter now displays how many more characters you can add to your message before reaching the the maximum limit.
6. The maximum message length has been extended from 80 to 99 characters.
7. BUG FIX - The repeat delay time period can now be changed.
8. MORE BUG FIXES - Numerous bugs related to the URL scheme have been fixed: background colors are now properly rendered, the default time limit is now correctly set (5 min.), and the default speed is now correctly set (5).

1. Messages can now be previewed full screen before being saved.
2. Message text length extended to 80 characters.
3. Marquee remembers whether new or existing messages were being edited when the app is closed, and returns to the same message when Marquee is subsequently opened again.
4. In addition to double tapping, playing messages can now be stopped by tapping once and then tapping the stop icon.
5. A new Instructions screen has been added describing how to use Marquee's most common features.
6. The use of groups can now be disabled or enabled.
7. Free rotation mode can now be invoked by simply turning off both Landscape Lock and Portrait Lock. Even though this will work on any device, it is only recommended for 2nd gen iPod touch owners.
